What is Pollen?

Pollen has all the best experiences in one place. We package your group travel getaways with top artist performances in some of the most popular destinations throughout North America, Latin America, and Europe. Plus, every Pollen experience gets you access to private events, exclusive nightlife, and a variety of adventure add-ons to best fit your group.

How do Pollen payment plans work?

Once you pay your deposit, the remaining balance will be distributed evenly across monthly payments. Your final payment will be 60 days before departure. Your payment plan start date can vary depending on your deposit date. Please check your payment plan summary when you pay for your booking.

What payment methods can I use?

VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and most popular card providers. You also have the option to only pay a small deposit now and the rest later. Please note that you will NEVER be asked to make a bank transfer – payment is always only by card. If someone asks you to make a bank transfer, please contact support@pollen.co immediately.

What happens if the experience is canceled due to COVID-19?

Should I get travel insurance?

Yes! Travel insurance is a requirement under our Booking Conditions. As well as providing financial protection in case things go wrong during your experience, travel insurance will also mean that you have cancelation cover if you can’t go for certain reasons. Travel insurance policies can be very complex so we’d recommend that you do your research and carefully read policy documents to determine what is/isn’t included.

Can I transfer my booking?

No. All bookings made with Pollen may not be sold or transferred to another person. If someone has attempted to sell you their booking, or a fraudulent booking, please contact support@pollen.co immediately.

Are there any discounts for paying in full?

Yes, pay for your booking in full to receive a 10% discount on your experience.

Is my deposit refundable?

Your deposit secures your spot on experiences with high demand. Deposits are non-refundable.

Can I make changes to my booking?

Once a booking is confirmed we are unable to make any further changes, such as adding more people to your group, and/or changing the accommodation. Please review the details of your booking carefully before proceeding to make a payment, as we make this information visible at the final stage of our checkout process. You’re still able to update the basic details of your booking, including card payment information. You can do this by logging into your account via event.pollen.co
